dare I tread?

Alright then.  Have rested.  Have given head a shake.  Have eaten appropriate food.  Have had extreme difficulty buttoning pants.  Aaaaaand now I'm gettin' on the treadmill again.  Just for today, I will believe my body can be better than it is.

Okay then...today is the first day of the rest of this column.  I have not yet been on the treadmill because I am waiting for a cat delivery and don't want to get caught all sweaty and out of breath.  That's my story.  And I need to eat still too.  I know that people say you should get your exercise in before you eat but if I try it I'll faint or seizure. I have a tendency toward hypoglycemia and it triggers my epilepsy.  Took many painful years to make that connection.  I also like to exercise at night.  Rather than keeing me up it assures a really good sleep.  I will let you all know if I reach my goal of exercising today.  I hope so.  It will - embarrassingly - be the first time this week and it's already Thursday.
